The lodge was perfectly located, just a short drive away from the beautiful beach. the gardens were well maintained and we even spotted some wildlife, like the lovely Nyala, wandering around the property. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the chalet we stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the daily housekeeping service was a nice touch, ensuring that our room was always tidy. the comfortable beds and luxurious linens made for a restful night's sleep.
There were a couple of downsides to our experience. We were disappointed to discover that there were limited activities available upon our arrival.

Great Beach and Excursions
If you're looking for a beach holiday, this place has a great one! The sea is warm and calm, with excellent opportunities for scuba diving and snorkeling. The day trip to Maputo was really easy, and we were able to see a lot of the different seafood and other local products available in the area. The place was well located and was easy to get around. we were able to see the near extinct leatherback and loggerhead turtles which was an unforgettable experience.
We stayed in a large unit and found that the set up was poor. The upstairs 'rooms' had no walls or doors for privacy, and the staircase was extremely steep.

I had a fantastic stay at a lodge in this city, surrounded by stunning wildlife and natural beauty. The cabins were comfortable, with air conditioning and a safe. The pool was a great addition and perfect for relaxing after a day of scuba diving. The on-site restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating, especially as I have dietary restrictions. The food was delicious and made from fresh produce.
Nothing everything was great.

The resort had a great layout, with beautiful and well-maintained amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. the location was easily accessible and provided a fantastic view of the surrounding environment. Adventurous activities were readily available and enjoyable. Best aspects: the resort had a fantastic space for children to safely explore on foot or by bicycle. the variety of wildlife around the property added to the charm of the location, especially with the monkeys and bucks roaming around. the diving school was convenient and offered an experience of a lifetime.
Although the food was good, the restaurant lacked ambience. Plastic tablecloths and large crowds made it noisy and not the most pleasant experience.
